⟩ What is a cookie
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website you visit. They let the site remember preferences, keep you logged in, and measure how the site is used.
⟩ Strictly necessary
Authentication, CSRF protection, billing-portal session. These cannot be disabled.
⟩ Analytics
First-party page-view counts and click events used to understand which content drives sign-ups. We do not load third-party analytics scripts (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) in your browser. Product analytics are processed by PostHog (EU Cloud, Frankfurt) — listed in our subprocessor registry — via a first-party, server-side relay rather than a third-party browser script. Any A/B-test identifier is written to your device only after you accept the statistics category in the cookie banner.
⟩ Marketing
We do not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies on superpost.io. We do not run pixel trackers from ad networks.
⟩ How to control cookies
EU/UK visitors are presented with a Cookiebot consent banner on first visit and may change their preferences at any time via the cookie-settings link in the footer. All major browsers also let you block or delete cookies from their settings menu.
