Prohibited content
This policy governs your use of the SuperPost service, operated by the company defined in the Acceptance section of our Terms of Service. You may not use SuperPost to generate or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative, that promotes violence or self-harm, or that violates the rights of any third party. You are responsible for the content you publish through the service, including content the engine drafts on your behalf.
Platform and API compliance
When you connect a third-party account (such as X, TikTok, YouTube, or GitHub), you must comply with that platform's terms of service, developer policies, and automation and rate limits. SuperPost publishes only what those platforms permit; you may not use the service to evade a platform's restrictions, bans, or anti-spam controls.
No abuse of the service
You may not attempt to breach or probe the security of the service, scan or overload our infrastructure, reverse-engineer the product, circumvent quotas or metering, or share account credentials. You may not use the service to build a competing dataset or model, or to scrape data you are not authorised to access.
Automated publishing and AI disclosure
Content generated by SuperPost is AI-assisted. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before they publish and for providing any AI-generated disclosure that a platform or applicable law requires. You may not use the service for spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or artificial inflation of engagement.
Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, consistent with the Terms of Service. Severe, repeated, or illegal abuse may be reported to the affected platform or to the relevant authorities.
